A group of foreigners will go to the temple to pray at the Wat Svay Kroeung Heng Pagoda in Prek Russey commune, Takhmao city, Kandal province during the ceremony. Pchum Ben, a traditional Khmer tradition, is about to arrive on October 8-10.
